Paul's Fine Italian Dining; located at 3443 Robinhood Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, brings Italian cuisine to the Piedmont Triad area.  Originating in Italy, and refined in New York, we've been preparing and serving authentic Italian meals for over 30 years.  In an atmosphere of white linen and vibrant art, our doors have been open since Februay 26, 1988.

From Hotel School, to some of the finest European hotels and restaurants, Paul Perello spent the next 20 years refining his knowledge and taste in New York.  In 1988, he uprooted, bringing all his knowledge, and all the kitchen staff to Winston-Salem.    

Rack of lamb, veal chops, lasagna and Swordfish are among some of the daily specials.  Seasonal favorites include: pumpkin gnocchi, pesto, and prosciutto with figs.  

Choose from among a wide selections of wines to complement your dining experience. Listen to piano music, on the weekends, while enjoying authentic italian cuisine, fine wine, and attentive service. For a wonderful evening by yourself or in a group, Paul's welcomes you to an exquisite culinary experience.
